2010 marks the 20th anniversary of SuperWalk and it will be Parkinson Society Canada’s biggest fundraising event yet! In 2009, $2.6 million was raised nationally through SuperWalk, helping fund 16 new research programs as well as providing resources for education, advocacy and support services to the over 100,000 Canadians living with this debilitating disease. This year it is our goal to raise $3 million, $900,000 of which is hoped to come from generous supporters in Central and Northern Ontario.

The Toronto SuperWalk is being held on Sunday, September 12th at Earl Bales Park (Bathurst & Sheppard), with registration beginning at 9:30 am.

With your help we can give people with Parkinson’s and their families a better life and a brighter future. For more information on SuperWalk and to register or sponsor a walker please visit www.parkinsonsuperwalk.ca or call 1.800.565.3000.

'A CHILLING STORY that shakes your faith in our vaunted Canadian
immigration system. Secret hearings, spying, betrayal, no accountability

own government here in Canada. It is no wonder Canada's stature in the
human rights world has sunk to its lowest level ever. This is a national
disgrace.'
